I led the development of the Avion Realty website as the Project Manager and UI Designer, overseeing the complete creative and technical workflow from concept to delivery. Avion Realty is a premium real estate firm based in the UAE, and the website was designed to position the brand as a modern, trustworthy, and upscale property consultancy.
My role involved managing a cross-functional team of developers and coordinating directly with the client to define objectives, content structure, and project milestones. I was also responsible for the full UI design, which was executed using Figma. The interface was crafted to reflect a sleek and luxurious aesthetic while maintaining usability and mobile responsiveness.
Built using Next.js, the site offered high performance, SEO-friendly architecture, and smooth navigation. I collaborated closely with front-end developers to ensure that the final implementation matched the Figma design system and maintained a pixel-perfect finish across all devices. I also ensured that the UI components were consistent, accessible, and aligned with Avion Realty’s brand values.
As part of my responsibilities, I monitored project timelines, managed client feedback loops, and provided quality assurance during the final staging and deployment. The final product successfully delivered a fast, visually polished, and intuitive platform for Avion’s property listings, service details, and customer inquiries.
